Статья на английском
IPTV Smarters is a player for IPTV subscriptions. It does not include any channels itself: you bring a playlist URL or Xtream Codes credentials from a provider you are entitled to use.
It must be sideloaded on most devices. Expect a heavy interface; on low-end boxes the EPG can take a while to load.
Как установить
- Allow installs from unknown sources for your sideload tool.
- Sideload the IPTV Smarters APK.
- Choose Xtream Codes API or M3U URL.
- Enter the credentials from your own provider.

No. CleanYourTV is a launcher and ships no content. Any IPTV app you install is a separate product, and you are responsible for using a lawful subscription.
