TV remote stops working after installing a launcher

If the remote works in Settings but not on the launcher, the launcher's first focusable view is missing or off-screen. The system has nowhere to put focus, so key events do nothing.

Recover by launching the previous launcher through ADB, or by pressing Home twice quickly on some devices. Then check for a launcher update.

This class of bug is testable: a launcher should always have exactly one focused view after the grid loads, and it should never be the root container.

Como instalar

1. Confirm the remote works in Settings, which rules out hardware.
2. Recover focus: adb shell am start -n <stock-launcher-package>/.MainActivity
3. Update or reinstall the launcher.
4. If the problem persists, report the device model and the exact step where focus is lost.
